Rosemary Stasek was enjoying a flourishing political career in California when 9/11 struck, changing the lives of many.  Working with Afghan people in her own constituency, unexpectedly led to a path whereby she fell in love with the country and the people.  Eventually moving to Afghanistan, Rosemary founded "A Little Help" through which she, and a handful of volunteers, find ways to support "the ones who fall through the cracks".  She's an inspirational character and we are delighted to be working with A Little Help. In August/September we will be announcing a new initiative to help Rosemary support girls and young women in Afganistan get an education.
